Adattatore USB PCMCIA

Prima cosa: è il forum giusto per questo argomento?

Ho un TV Tuner su scheda PCMCIA.
Adesso ho preso un nuovo portatile che non ha la scheda PCMCIA.
Come faccio a continuare ad usare il mio Tuner?
Esiste un adattatore da PCMCIA ad USB?
Si trova facilmente il contrario (schede PCMCIA che hanno due prese USB), ma quello che cerco io esiste?

Io sapevo dell'esistenza di schede Express Card >> PCMCIA ;)
