View Full Version : Aiuto settaggio BIOS e6400 e PC2-6400

Ciao!
Su una ASUS P5LD2 monto un Intel e6400 ed ho appena installato 3Gb di RAM OCZ PC2-6400 (2x1Gb, 2x512Mb), queste: http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/memory/ocz_ddr2_pc2_6400_gold_gx_xtc_rev_2_dual_channel .
Adesso ho seri problemi di configurazione del BIOS.
Ho settato i timings a 4-5-5-15 come dicono le RAM stesse...
Se lascio l' AI OVERCLOCKING su Auto, mi riconosce le RAM come delle 5300, se lo metto su Manual e metto la frequenza della CPU su 400 e la frequenza delle RAM su 800, me le riconosce come fossero delle 8500!!!
Con questa seconda configurazione non mi funziona il reboot (e la cosa mi insospettisce non poco...) ma ci sto lavorando da un oretta senza molti problemi...
Non ho toccato altri parametri, perché non mi arrischio non sapendo bene che potrei combinare...
Considerando la mia niubbagine sui settaggi hardware... e considerato che non mi interessa overclockare ma solo settare al meglio il tutto, c'è qualche anima pia che mi darebbe una dritta?

Se può aiutare, questo è ciò che riporta CPU-Z al momento.
Sta contemporaneamente girando da un ora e mezza Orthos con settaggio "stress CPU e RAM" senza problemi...
Solo che non ci capisco molto... :(
