Problema DG834GIT e MSN - Mi sono rotto le scatole

Ma possibile che quando avevo un router di m..... trust la connessione su msn era impeccabile, ed adesso che ho installato questo router netgear 1 volta su 100000 riesco a connettermi ? l'errore è sempre lo stesso 80072745.
Cosa devo fare?
Mi connetto tranquillamente dall'ufficio è funziona..non è un problema di linea.
