Salve,
Volevo avvertire tutti i possibili acquirenti della PEAK II Extreme X 200 che le prestazioni velocistiche non sono piu' quelle ben note.
NON COMPRATELA, sono disonesti.
Ora vi spiego, anzi se sapete come poter ricevere un risarcimento, magari anche tramite l' associazione dei consumatori.......
Ora si arriva a si e no 7 mb/s in scrittura e 26 mb/s in lettura.
La scritta sulla confezione e' sempre X200!!!!!! Il falso, ovviamente.
Mi e' capitato con una Pendrive da 8 gb, e questa e' la risposta di Peak, dopo aver interessato il rivenditore:
Dear XXX,
Thank you for the reply.
The PEAK flash drives you have were manufactured with MLC memory. (New
drives)
Due to the nature of MLC technology, the transfer speed will be slower than
SLC (Old drive)

SLC
22.5 MB/s
14 MB/s

MLC
20 MB /s
6 MB/s
Low
As you can see from the above chart, MLC will have a disadvantage in speed
when comparing with SLC. (Notice the read speed remains the same)
However, MLC memory has the advantage in manufacturing cost.
Majority of the memory manufactures in the world are producing MLC memory
only.
It is very hard for us to source any SLC manufactures anymore; this is why
we are slowly switching to MLC.
