Salve a tutti... ho questo problema.. due giorni fa mi arriva una e-mail da ebay la vado a vedere e praticamente diceva che era una domanda ad un insersione che io avevo messo la vado ad aprire (anche s enon avevo nessuna insersione su ebay) e difatti la composizione dell'e-mail era uguale ma non c'era scritto il codice dell'oggetto ne a che oggetto si riferisse la domanda...dopo inizia il calvario.. problemi a collegarmi su internet..la condivisione di rete si è interrotta fino a stamattina quando poi smanettandoci ci sn riuscito a farla rifunzionare... ma cosa piu importante dico levo nod per mettere kaspersky ma non me lo fa installare fa la preparazione all'installazione subito dopo però mi dice che c'è un errore e che epr fare l'installazione dovrò riavviare il pc.. lo posso riavviare anche diecimila volte ma non lo istalla....poi il pc mi si è riavviato anche due volte inspiegabilmente, /fatta scansione con nod e mi ha torvato due virus che tra laltro ho cancellato) e eseguito la scansione con : spybot,ad-aware,a-square qualcuno sa aiutarmi?

Scarica HIJACKTHIS dalla mia firma (qua sotto) mettilo in una cartella sul desktop o in programmi. Aprilo e premi la prima opzione "do a system scan and save log" aspetta che ti dia il file .txt (blocco note) e copia e incolla INTERAMENTE qui e aspetta nuove istruzioni.

anche antivir da pulito, utimo tentativo, poi non è un virus...

scarica la trial di kaspersky e fai la scansione in modalità provvisoria...

kaspersky non me lo fa installare.. inftati sto cercando di installarlo da giorni ma nulla.. mi dice che c'è stato un errore e che dovrei riavviare il pc ma lo posso riavviare pure miliardi di volte ma nulla, neanche la scansione online mi fa fare dice che la licenza è scaduta

Come mai Windows è installato in E: e non in C:???

Ad ogni modo inizia ad usare questi programmi cosi:

CCLEANER: clicca qui per il download (http://download.piriform.com/ccsetup141.exe)
una volta installato, lancia il programma, nel menu di sinistra portati alla voce Opzioni e nella finestra successiva clicca su:
● Impostazioni, e spunta la voce Cancellazione sicura (lenta)
poi su:
● Avanzate, togli la spunta alla voce Cancella solo file più vecchi di 48 ore
● alla voce Pulizia, spunta tutte le quelle comprese nella sezione Avanzate
● nel menu a sinistra, clicca sulla voce Pulizia, clicca su tasto Avvia Pulizia per eseguire la scansione
● sempre nel menu a sinistra, clicca sulla voce Problemi, clicca sul tasto Trova problemi ed avvia una scansione; al termine della scansione clicca sulla voce Ripara selezionati e prosegui

PANDA ANTIROOTKIT: clicca qui per il download (http://research.pandasoftware.com/blogs/images/AntiRootkit.zip)
Non è necessaria l'installazione (è un tool stand-alone); una volta lanciato, si aggiorna in automatico ed esegue la scansione (ovviamente rimuove tutti gli eventuali rootkit che rileva)

ASQUARED FREE: clicca qui per il download (http://download5.emsisoft.com/a2FreeSetup.exe)
una volta installato, scarica gli aggiornamenti e poi, esegui una scansione del sistema in modalità Deep Scan e rimuovi tutto ciò che viene rilevato con esclusione dei riferimenti a Software, MIrc, fotocamere digitali e/o scanner eventualmente installati.

ESET ADS REVEALER: clicca qui per il download (http://www.nod32.it/getfile.php?tool=adsr)
Non è necessaria l'installazione (è un tool stand-alone); una volta lanciato, individua, rimuove ed esporta gli Alternate Data Streams (ADS) presenti su file system NTFS (solo se la partizione è NTFS, se fosse FAT32, non serve)

Non è necessaria l'installazione (è un tool stand-alone); una volta lanciato, individua, rimuove e eventuali Win32/Agent.VP trojan

il mio problema ora come ora è che kaspersky non si installa, nod invece me lo installa ma windows non lo rileva come un antivirus.. sempre che compare l'aviso di protezione buh, non so se ekko.. quella e-mail abbia lasciato il ricordino.. non riesco a mettere kaspersky snenò facevo la scansione..e non volevo che magari fossero collegate le cose questo..

a quetso punto ancora non si installa KAV nod non lo metot piu mi spaete consigliare un antivirus anche non free ottimo? almeno finisce sta storia che cavolo.. tutte a me XD

LEGGI BENE, prima devi fare quelle scansioni che ti ho dettto e DOPO il log di HJT.

Ad ogni modo ti consiglio questo: ANTIVIR PERSONAL EDITION FREE: clicca qui per il download (http://www.free-av.com/down/windows/antivir_workstation_win7u_en_h.exe)
● una volta installato, scarica gli aggiornamenti e poi, esegui una scansione completa del sistema.

qui trovi la Guida di configurazione per Antivir (http://www.hwupgrade.it/forum/showthread.php?t=1514684) pubblicata da Juninho, ed altre cose importanti ed interessanti in relazione ad Antivir.

Ascolta io ti ho detto di fare quelle scansioni alle 14:08 e tu alle 15:03 mi hai già ridato il log di HJT... Sinceramente mi sembra strano perchè A-SQUARED in modalità DEEP SCAN ci mette almeno un oretta e mezzo di norma.

Sicura di aver fatto tutto come descritto? :D
