in parole povere volevo fare un campo da calcio sotto casa mia ma il propietario del prato(MAL RIDOTTO) nn è ha voglia, studiando diritto per la scuola ho letto la farmula dell'enfiteusi.Possibile che questa enfiteusi possa fargli cambiare idea?????. E come mi dovrei atteggiare dato ke mi nonna (ancora viva) potrebbe valersi dell'uso capione?

Non si è capito benissimo... cmq l'enfiteusi è un istituto ormai praticamente inutilizzato, seppur sempre presente nel codice. Dovresti far sottoscrivere un contratto al proprietario del campo, ma in cambio dovrai quasi certamente pagare salvo questi voglia fare beneficienza.
