di programmi per la pulizia del registro di sistema ne esistono a bizzeffe, sapreste consigliarmi i migliori in ambito gratuito e a pagamento?

E' risaputo che non sono un amante di quei programmi, perciņ non te ne consiglio nessuno.
Ti suggerisco solo di fare sempre il backup del registro prima di operare.
