errore media center di windows xp media center edition

ragazzi,se faccio partire il programma media center mi esce l'errore : fatal execution engine error(0x7927e03e).Clicco su ok e mi parte un alert con scritto: ehshell.exe-common language runtime debugging services
application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id=0xbd4 (3028), thread id=0xf2c(3884).
Click ok to terminate the application
click cancel to debug the application.
Non capisco nulla! Mi date una mano? Grazie :confused:

bene adesso mi appare anche un alert di mgsys crtl che immagino si riferisca ad una utility msi del notebook.
Avevo provato a disinstallare l'utility ma era installata di base su mio note enface(msi) e quindi mi stava sul cavolo dover disinstallarla per non avere l'errore.. Non capisco come mai mi da l'errore...
Mi aiutate anche per questo? Grazie raga :confused: :rolleyes:

Ho trovato su google delle guide alla risoluzione del problema...pero' sono in inglese e vorrei essere certo di fare le cose in modo giusto.
Nessuno mi potrebbe dare una mano?
