Problema active virus shield

Salve a tutti. Mi era stato consigliato come antivirus Active Virus Shield, lo ho scaricato dal sito ufficiale ma a metà installazione mi dà questo errore:

Error 1304.Error writing to file
C:|Programmi|AOL|Active Virus Shield|avp.exe Verify that you have access to that directory.

Potreste aiutarmi??

La cosa migliore quando si riscontrano problemi con un software in merito al quale si è messo a disposizione un thread ufficiale è postare il problema / richiesta di assistenza nel contesto del thread ufficiale.
