ciao ho una scheda madre socket 370 (d1188) volevo montare della ram pc133, due moduli da 256 mb, o un banco da 512 mb.
Dato il costo esoso di queste vecchie ram volevo montare quelle di tipo ecc. Sono andato a scaricare/cercare il manuale e dice:

Support: The system needs at least one module and can manage at most two
SDRAM modules.
Size: From 32 Mbytes up to 512 Mbytes SDRAM
Technology: PC100 or PC133 unbuffered DIMM modules.
168 pin, 3.3 V, 64 bit, 72 bit (with ECC), SDRAM
2 M, 4 M, 8 M, 16 M and 32 M x 64 bit
2 M, 4 M, 8 M, 16 M and 32 M x 72 bit
Granularity: For one socket 16, 32, 64, 128 or 256 Mbyte
SDRAM modules with ECC can be plugged in but ECC is not functioning. Mix of
ECC modules with non ECC modules is possible.

ce li posso mettere, funzionerebbero? Ripeto che il fattore scelta ram è puramente economico, ovvero non mi interessa questo ecc.
