io devo inserire delle foto in questo sito, che poi provvedere a venderle sotto forma di poster,: http://www.artistrising.com/Community/ArtistPostLoginPage.aspx
però per potere essere accettate devono avere un peso superiore ai

Image File Requirements
* JPEG
JPEG Format
Image files can be saved in a variety of different formats, including a format called JPEG. Files that are saved in this format are given a file extension of .jpg (e.g. myphoto.jpg). JPEG is commonly used because it is supported by most browsers and its smaller file size makes it easy to upload and display on the web. It is also simple to use because it offers millions of colors but does not require any manipulation of the color table. A more technical explanation follows:
JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group) image format is the predominant format used by digital cameras. Even professional cameras have a JPEG mode, and despite its lossy compression (an encoding scheme is used to determine which sections of picture data are redundant to the human eye and can be removed to produce a smaller file), it has become the de facto image format for electronic storage of photographic images. The reason for this is the JPEG compression algorithm's ability to reduce an image file size by 8 or 10 to 1 without any degradation in image quality (to the human eye at normal viewing magnification). JPEG is supported by most browsers and is simple to use because it offers millions of colors but does not require any manipulation of the color table.
format only
* Acceptable file size range: 500 KB to 6 MB
File Size and Image Dimensions
Images uploaded for display only will require an upload of a 500 KB file at 100 DPI (dots per inch). The image should be at least 500 pixels on the largest dimension.
If you would like to make prints of your artwork available through our Print-on-Demand program, you will need to upload a higher resolution file at 300 DPI.
Higher resolution files have longer upload times, but will also enable you to choose more size options for prints.
Print Size Largest Dimensions must be at least...
8" x 10" 1000 Pixels
16" x 20" 2000 Pixels
20" x 24" 2400 Pixels
* Recommended file size of 2MB or higher
