salve a tutti,
il mio pc è stato infettato ieri dal trojan vundo, almeno così dice Norton che inoltre rileva continuamente file infetti del tipo srv???[1].exe e win???[1].tmp
Norton non riesce ad eliminare i file .exe mentre elimina i .tmp.
Ho letto vari threads su come eliminare vundo ma ho dei problemi in più; il pc (xp media center edition) non mi va in safe mode.
Ho letto i suggerimenti di vari utenti del forum che suggeriscono di usare altri AV, ma per ora sto usando Norton che era gia installato sul pc (preso da poco).
Ho quindi disattivato system restore e aggiornato le virus definitions.
Ad-Aware SE ha rilevato solo dei tracking cookies.
Ho scaricato vundofix, la prima volta che l'ho usato non ha eliminato i file srv???[1].exe e win???[1].tmp, anche dopo vari reboot, ho cercato quindi di farlo operare in safe mode ma ho scoperto che il PC non mi va in safe mode, si blocca a schermo nero e cursore lampeggiante.
Allora ho cercato tutti i file a data di ieri in system32 e in documents and settings\user\impostazioni locali\temp e li ho cancellati...
Un file non voleva essere cancelato allora l'ho rinominato e poi cancellato (purtroppo non ricordo il nome ma l'ho cercato su google ed era
Dopo il reboot l'avvertimento virus di Norton è cessato.
Ho usato anhe win32delfkil.exe che però non ha trovato nulla.

Mi resta il problema principale però, xp non va in safe mode. Non so se sia colpa del trojan.
Ho letto riguardo recovery console ma non so come installarla non ho il cd di XP, era preinstallato e il mio Acer ha solo un CD di back up che mi cancellerebbe tutti i dati.

Mi resta il problema principale però, xp non va in safe mode. Non so se sia colpa del trojan.
Ho letto riguardo recovery console ma non so come installarla non ho il cd di XP, era preinstallato e il mio Acer ha solo un CD di back up che mi cancellerebbe tutti i dati.
