Problema Maxtor SATA settato a UDMA3

Ciao a tutti :D
Una settimana fa la scheda madre è partita ed ho dovuto cambiare alcuni pezzi del pc, da come potete vedere nello screen il mio Maxtor è lentissimo ed è settato come UDMA33 invece di UDMA6 ( che ho settato dal BIOS )

Sapete cosa devo fare ??? :D

EDIT: ma non è che avrei dovuto installare i driver SATA ( con il floppy ) prima di installare XP ???
