Tempi di clamscan..........

Secondo voi è normale che clamscan impieghi 20 secondi per analizzare un file 68byte su un dual xeon 2.4ghz?

che clam non sia un mostro di velocità, ok

che sia lento anche e soprattutto perchè è lenta la lettura di ntfs-vfat da linux, OK

Su un VIA C7 da 1.5GHz... se non erro è un bug segnalato da tempo, credo già dalla prima release della versione 0.90... provo a cercare perché mi hai incuriosito... in effetti ne avevo già sentito parlare...

Infatti nella lista processi del mio serverino...

clamd è quello che ha il tempo cpu più elevato, anche più di PostgreSQL

If you use clamscan for this, most of this time is virus databases
loading.

Try to use clamd+clamdscan.

Sicuramente. Prova con clamdscan e andrà bene**. La lentezza è data dal tempo necessario per caricare le definizioni.

** ovviamente credo debba esserci però clamd avviato.. non so!
