memtest 99%

Ciao a tutti,
a seguito di molteplici problemi sul pc ho testato le ram..
Con microsoft memory test nessun errore
Com Memtest 2 volte su 2 si blocca al 99 % del test inchiodandosi anche il timer della durata test...

Che puo' essere, ram andate ?
C'e' un altro test oltre questi 2 che posso fare per togliermi il dubbio?
