Problema apt-get

Salve a tutti,
uso debian sid e da qualche tempo, quando io lancio un apt-get install pacchetto mi esce fuori questo:
E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
Se poi io faccio quel comando l'apt-get install va ma quando deve configurare il pacchetto mi esce fuori questo:

Era venuto anche a me quel messaggio, aggiornando debian testing.
Mi diceva che stava per installare un nuovo kernel con lo stesso numero di versione di quello gia installato, per cui era necesario riavviare subito dopo l'aggiornamento per evitare problemi con i moduli. Ho fatto cosi e non mi ha dato nessun problema.

grazie per la risposta, comunque il problema e che il terminale si inchioda e non esce nemmeno con ^C
Pero' per sbaglio mentre cliccavo ^C ho cliccato ^V e mi e' uscito questo:

file /lib/modules/2.6.18-4-486/modules.dep needs to be re-built. It can not be built correctly right now, since the module list for the running kernel are likely to be different from the kernel installed. I am he creating a new modules.dep file, but that may not be correct. It shalls be regenerated correctly at next reboot.
E poi ancora questo:

Ma come faccio a capire quando l'aggiornamento e' finito per resettare?

Non saprei, quando è successo a me stavo usando synaptic, ho aspettato che finissse come al solito e poi ho riavviato.
