Volevo ringraziare la Benq. Ho avuto un problema con il monitor lcd da 19 pollici.
Problema di alimentazione. Interpellata la Benq mi ha risposto un ragazzo molto gentile. Ho esposto il problema e il giorno dopo il corriere mi ha portato un nuovo monitor è ritirato quello rotto.
Il tutto dalla prima telefonata in 24 ore.
