quale scheda madre per pc4000

avevo 2*512 vitesta pc4000 che stavano a 240mhz, le ho cambiate con 2*1gb ballistix pc4000. non riesco a salire più di 220mhz.
domanda:che scheda madre/chipset compro per portare le suddette ram almeno a 240/250?
