Video problemi

Does anybody know of a video converter?
I need to convert my video's from .avi format to .wmv for my Zune.
All the ones I've tried so far either say it's not a compatible format or it leaves an obnoxious nag screen right in the middle of the video.:mc:

Sorry, I don`t speack very good italian. Anyway I found so far Amic Video Converter http://www.amicutilities.com/video-converter/ which has excelent compression and a very easy to use interface. I will still check a few other before I decide which one I will use on the long term!
