Urge un vs aiuto su installazione programmi e gestione pwd su DSL 3.2.Grazie

Salve a tutti vi ringrazio per avermi indirizzato con un altro topics sull'utilizzo di DSL, ora l'ho installato sul pc, ma sorgono due problemi per me che son newbie.
Il primo e che vorrei installare ABIWORD, ebbene dal sito di dsl ho scaricato il file abiword.dsl che fa parte della estensione MyDSL.
Fatto ciò però non so dove installarlo e come fare.
Sapete per caso come posso installare ABIWORD su DSL?
Inoltre la seconda opzione riguarda la pwd innanzitutto sempre se lo sapevete vorrei capire come cambiar la pwd di root, e infine se c'è l'opzione per mettere una pwd al desktop.

Rispondo solo alla prima domanda rimandandoti a queste righe del wiki ufficiale di DSL, che spiega come installare i programmi MyDSL.

Installing A Local Extension

You may download an extension to a local drive for later installation if you want to auto-load a particular extension each time you boot DSL, to rebuild the DSL cd to include extra packages, or just want to have the extension kept somewhere within reach. You can download an extension from your preferred mirror by using a web browser, ftp client, wget, or the mydsl-wget application.

After downloading, You can use the Extension Browser mentioned above to load the extension.

Step 1) Click the button labeled Load Local MyDSL Extension
Step 2) Browse to the directory where the extension was downloaded
Step 3) Select the desired extension
Step 4) Click OK or press Enter to install

As an alternative, you can install a local extension from the commandline: mydsl-load /path/to/my/extension

naturlamente se non capisci qualche passaggio chiedi pure, ma credo sia meglio che almeno ci provi da solo...probabilmente è il modo migliore per imparare le cose... :D :D
