programmi che partono all avvio del computer...

ho visto che ci sono diversi eseguibili che windows fa partire all avvio del pc... ce ne sono 2 che non so a cosa servono e se posso togliere l avvio autamatico i 2 file sono:

cftmon.exe
updreg.exe

updreg.exe dovrebbe essere legato alla scheda audio creative ma non ne so molto guarda su google.
