Come sfruttare al max DDR2 800

Nessuno sa darmi consigli su come fare overclock con questa Ram ? Ho allegato due immagini di cpuz....

però devo informarmi sui divisori e quant'altro...io ho AM2 e ci sono un po' di casini col divisore delle ram. leggi qui:
