Hi,my name is G***S**** and i bought a x2vga2 on June 16.Well,I'm having a lot of problems with xbox and xbox 360 and now i'm going to tell you the problems:
-the optic input of component cable(included in x2vga package) doesn't work.I tested it with my yamaha amplifier(with an optic output)
-The button on/off on x2vga worked fine until September but now if i press it, it changes the kind of input.(for example if i use the input component 1,it switches to input component 2)and it's impossibile to put off the x2vga!
-The button "screen shift" does not work...
-With xbox 360 the situation is dramatic cause if i use microsoft av cable with component input and i want to play dvd,it suddenly changes resolution from 480p to 720 p and start streching the screen and dividing the tv into 2 parts.One part display the film,the other is black and full of strange lines.
If you want photos or videos of this broken x2vga2 just tell me to do that :)
The product is on warranty and I live in Italy so please give me informations about what should i do to resolve this problem.
I'd like to send you mine x2vga2 for repairing it soon.
