View Full Version : problema con explorer!!!!HELP
BUON GIORNO, mi è accaduto ultimamente di avere un problema molto anomalo.Il problema è il seguente:
2 P.C. di due miei clienti appena chiudono explorer si sente un "clack" sull'hdd e si riaVvia la macchina.
Ho provveduto a sostituire gli hdd di tutti e due i P.C., pensando agli hdd difettosi ma niente il problema persiste. Allora ho provveduto a sostituire la memoria, per un brevissimo periodo il problema sembrava non presentarsi ma niente da fare rieccolo di nuovo.
I P.C. appartengono a 2 clienti differenti ma presentano lo stesso identico problema :help: :muro: AIUTATEMI!!!VI RINGRAZIO PER L'ATTENZIONE

Potrebbe essere un problema hardware .
fai un confronto fra i due computer e vedi quali sono i componenti hardware uguali .
Controlla poi se l' alimentatore eroga sufficente potenza .

comes from the hard drive and not from Explorer, you could try to set the "clicking sound" option to NONE. It could also be the Modem.

The clack is not coming from the hard drives, but either from the modem or the internal speakers.
Since it seems that you have difficulties in understanding me, I can only suggest to replace the PSU (Power Supply Unit) for a test.

HO CAPITO QUELLO CHE DICI MA IL CLACK NN VIENE NE DAL MODEM( CHE NN C'è )E NEMMENO DALLO SPEAKER VIENE DAL HARD DISK E L'ALIMENTATORE L'HO CAMBIATO...CIAO

is coming from inside the hard drive, most likely is caused by the read\write heads trying to realign themselves.
The cause could be high temperature inside the case. You could try to add some fans and possible try a different hard drive brand such as Western Digital or others.
