ciao...ho combinato un mezzo casino con suse10.2....mi spiego...stavo cercando di far funzionare il 3d della mia scheda video (ati 200m)...ho seguito una guida e tutto bene, ma quando vado a riavviare l'interfaccia grafica non funzione e sono mandato alla linea di comando, come posso fare a tornare alla vecchia configurazione???...questi sono i comandi dati da root

# ldconfig
# aticonfig --initial --input=/etc/X11/xorg.conf
# sax2 -r -m 0=fglrx

quindi da yast riesco a spuntare l'opzione 3d che prima era inattiva, ma al riavvio succede quello che ho detto sopra... :cry: :cry:

...come faccio???...lo riesco solo a vedere con edit...la sezione che interessa è "device"?? eventualmente la ricopio

Un mucchio di opzioni video.. non ho un'ati non so se sono giuste

posti anche le ultime 10 righe di
/var/log/Xorg.0.log

semmai metti anche ATI nel titolo della discussione..

sono riuscito a venirne a capo, ho fatto il login come root quindi:
# init 3
# sax2
non saranno i drive ottimali ma almeno funziona....la prossima volta che metto smanetto su questa roba faccio una copia di sicurezza :p
