Non c'è il punto interrogativo, ma la domanda sta nel titolo...
Come faccio a installare IE7 ITA se ho quello inglese?
Devo disinstallarlo?
Se si, come faccio senza danneggiare qualcosa?

Togli quello inglese e metti quello ITA.
Comunque c'è il thread ufficiale in Windows... ;)
