Infatti quella è l'ultima versione stabile. La 5.6.5 è ancora indicata come UNSTABLE, e penso che prima di rilasciarne una nuova stabile vengano rilasciate ulteriori versioni (si parla di una 5.8...)

Questa è la stabile attuale.

La 5.5.11 è una beta....forse intendevi 5.4.11?
Non ci sono più mod di BOINC specifiche per processore, c'è qualla generica che aggiunge alcune funzionalità, e l'ultima mod di BOINC.Italy è la 5.4.9. Puoi sovrascrivere i file della mod alla 5.4.11 ma dopo avrai la 5.4.9 (che non cambia nulla praticamente :p ).

Per il client BOINC l'ultima versione stabile, la 5.4.11, e volendo con la mod sopra.
Per il client SETI il client per SSE3 (l'X2 dovrebbe averle...:p ).
Per gli altri progetti fare riferimento ai siti ufficiali e ai topic ufficiali sul nostro forum per sapere se ci sono dei client ottimizzati :)
