Ping pessimo verso l'estero

Ciao a tutti,
ultimamente ho ripreso un po' a giocare su internet, ed ho notato che sebbene il ping in Italia (connessione Aruba 640 in fast) si aggiri sulla 30ina di ms, all'estero non riesco a trovare un server < 130ms :(

In sostanza la mia connessione è una business Telecom.
Qualcun altro ha lo stesso problema? Come potrei risolvere?

Fai un tracert verso l'estero
Il problema con molte alici e tratte telecom si verifica nei tratti di ROM.Seabone...se nel tracert compare quel tratto allora non ti resta che pazientare, non si può fare nulla...
