Feedback.exe di Outpost Firewall

Salve.
E' da un pò che mi chiedo cosa sia il processo FEEDBACK.EXE di agnitum outpost firewall, anche perché mentre windows chiude tutti i processi per arrestarsi, il suddetto mi provoca un errore di chiusura. Potrei disattivare questo processo? A cosa serve?

The feedback service is a new feature that is similar to error reporting in windows. It is meant to send, if you allow it, error reports when there are issues directly to Agnitum. It should only run when an error occurs.

Ho capito,quindi dovrei avviarlo solo quando mi segnala errore,ma forse Outpost x evitare il fastidio me lo avvia sempre...Direi che è ok allora.
