certo che sė: tutto tramite API. basta che apri un nuovo thread e gli setti il processore ideale (CreateThread (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dllproc/base/createthread.asp?frame=true), SetThreadIdealProcessor (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dllproc/base/setthreadidealprocessor.asp?frame=true)).
