Ho suse 10.1 e un modem alice gate usb/ ethernet ho provato a configurare la scheda di rete con yast e pure l' adsl ma non riesco proprio a connettermi. la connessione é ethernet ho digitato i seguenti comandi c' è qualcuno che sa come configurarla esattamente:

Ho seguito la configurazione sul sito della suse forum, magari é una scemenza o forse perché suse non riesce a rilevare il modem: ho provato a togliere e rimettere il cavo ethernet prima della configurazione ma non riesco a connettermi Ho kinternet con le voci inizia, stop e avvia collegameto rimuovi collegamento disattivate, c' é solo la voce dial-in attivata come bisogna procedere?

Dai da shell il comando pppoeconf e inizierà la configurazione!

Ho capito che bisogna andare su il terminale poi come faccio andare in shell? scusa la mia ignoranza perché sono nuovo... devo digitare su e la password?
