di ritorno da una mia richiesta di rma ho ricevuto questa email
Hi Sir,
According to our engineer's judgment, this damage shall be caused by the device which connected with this connecter, the device shall have some components defective to create big current at 5V which is but not yet beyong our protecting current point. Hope this answer can satisfy you; as we are manufacturer and the warranty we offered to our distributor is about 2 years ( it's over warranty time from your series number), but I think the shop offered to you shall be 3 years warranty, so you can send back to us in Taiwan for repairment and you bear the freight, we will repaire for you in free charge; Or you can send back to the shop you bought in local for RMA procedure.
scusate la domanda stupida ma se la tagan da 2 anni e lo shop 3.. il 3° anno chi le paga le spese per rma? lo shop? ma ne son sicuri sicuri sicuri??? che poi nella scatola c'è scritto 36 mesi di garanzia non penso che ce l'ha attaccato lo shop..mah
la sto interpretando male io oppure c'è qualche discrepanza?
