Aggiugere scritta o Logo a filmato DVD o DIVX

Ho necessita' per esposizione pubblica di filmati demo di lavorazioni tecniche di dovere effetture alcune copie in formato DVD o DIVX, sapete se c'e' qualche programma che consente l'aggiunta di una scritta statica o logo in sovraimpressione alle immagini.

esattamente questo programma cosa fa?
ricomprime tutto il filmato aggiungendoci il logo?
