La licenza l'avete letta prima di installarlo? C'erano alcune cose che non mi sconquifferavano mica...

si riferisce 99% all'EULA cui è necessario dare l'assenso prima di scaricare il tool...

Quando l'ho letta non era tanto "normale"...tant'è che non ho dato l'assenso.

Uhm...i casi sono due: o ricordo male io (cioé, diciamo che avevo frainteso quello che avevo letto) oppure hanno leggermente modificato la licenza dalla versione 1 alla 1.1.

Questo è quello che mi risulta "poco normale" ora, ma in realtà non è niente di scandaloso perché ormai le fanno tutte così.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY
11.1 The Software may include confidential information that is secret and valuable to Sophos and its licensors. You are not entitled to use or disclose that confidential information other than strictly in accordance with the terms of this Licence Agreement. Sophos reserves the right to disclose details of the Licence Agreement to third parties for publicity and promotional purposes and:-
11.1.1 You expressly give Sophos permission to include and publish Your name and logo on lists of Sophos’s customers for the Licensed Product; and
11.1.2 You agree that Sophos may send emails to You to provide information and goods and services to You and to let You know about other goods and services in which You may be interested.
11.1.3 If You do not wish to give Sophos permission under 11.1.1 and/or 11.1.2, You must notify Sophos by the date no later than seven days after the Licence Start Date specifying which permission is not granted.

credo si riferisca al fatto che per scaricare il software da sophos devi registrati;io invece mi servo di softpedia e scarico senza registrarmi :D :sofico:
