Sapete per caso se Club3D risponde all'utente finale tramite il seriale della scheda o bisogna rivolgersi al venditore? (non sono pił in possesso dello scontrino)

Se gentilmente qualcuno ha avuto a che fare per problemi o RMA mi indicherebbe la procedura da seguire?
