Ho preso questa ventola da 12

convinto che fosse 3 pin . con un altro adattatore in mio possesso (da 3 a 4 pin )posso renderla 3 pin tranquillamente invece che 4 e attaccarla alla scheda madre o al mio fan controller? devo stare attento ai voltaggi?
