Problema con linstallaione di un tema durante configure. Si richiedono librerie qt

Salve ho provato ad installare un tema ma durante configure mi viene dato il seguente errore:
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.0) (library qt-mt) not found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.
Make sure that you have compiled Qt with thread support!

Quali librerie devo installare?

Probabilmente un pacchetto simile:

libqt3-mt-dev
