problema con gruppo di continuità : il pc non si spegne !

Ho un ups APC modello BK350 quando spengo il computer, il pc invece di spegnersi rimane in una sorta di stand by per poi riaccendersi... come mai ?

non si riavvia di continuo se lo attacco al muro, e nemmeno se attacco il case nelle prese non alimentate della ciabatta apc.

yes is the same :(
the only way is to disconnect the usb data cable from the apc, in this way when I turn off the computer, the computer really turn off ! :)

UPS is OK, the problem could be the USB cable itself. Depending on your particular BIOS, some of the setting may not be correct in the APM areas. You may have to reinstall the supplied UPS software and recheck the settings in the Power Option in Device Manager.

The communication signal between the UPS and PC may also be missing or incorrect.

By the way, in the U.S.A., we would usually buy a new computer and give the old one to the priest!
