supporto Java e versione explorer per palmari

ero intenzionato all'acquisto di un Qtek 9000:

lo dovrei utilizzare per accedere ad un sito asp, ho già provato ad accedere con un altro Qtek (non ricordo il modello) con WM2003 e mi da l'errore "versione browser non corretta, richiesto explorer 5 o superiore"

lo vorrei inoltre utilizzare per accedere ad un sito di trading online che richiede supporto Java

Considerando che prima dell'eventuale acquisto non avrei modo di provarlo, qualcuno mi può dare indicazioni in merito?
Oppure suggerire altre soluzioni alternative, non ho mai avuto palmari, e quindi ci capisco ben poco :muro:

ci sono programmi da installare che poi decidere come si "presenta" il browser facendo finta di essere explorer 6 per il java qualcosa fà netfront ma è un pò che l'ho disinstallato e non ti sò dire di +

Prova con Opera 8.5 o Netfront...cmq la modifica di registro per far passare il browser di default come altra versione di IE desktop è questa :

...oppure puoi usare il sw Tweaks2k2 per farla rapidamente con una spunta all'apposita casella e un soft reset.

In alternativa c'è il Nokia 770 che ha un ottimo browser web.

Ovviamente anche questo è da testare prima dell'acquisto.
