Galactic Civilizations 2 problema codice seriale

Salve,
oggi mi è arrivato Galactic Civilizations 2 che avevo ordinato da Play.com
Lo installo e mi va tutto bene, quindi penso bene di fare l'update: vado nella sezione download del sito http://www.galciv2.com e immetto il codice seriale (quello dietro al manuale)... ma mi dice che non è valido... :mad:
Ok mi installo stard dock central e provo da lì: stesso esito. Ora o sono io a sbagliare ad immettere il codice seriale oppure loro non sanno tenere traccia di quello che vendono: in particolare c'è un dannato carattere che io ho interpretato come 0, ma non sono sicuro che lo sia davvero. Ha una barra obliqua in mezzo: penso sia uno 0, però non ne sono sicuro. Ho provato anche ad immettere il codice a barre dietro ( :sofico: ) ma ovviamente non me la riconosciuto lo stesso. A nessun'altro s'è presentato il problema?

Controllato a ricontrollato, mi dice sempre che il codice seriale non è valido. Non riesco a capire che cavolo sia: i trattini ci vanno vero? Se non ce li metto mi dice che il codice è scaduto, se ce li metto che non è valido... :confused:

To fully enjoy your collectors edition of Gal Civ II, you will need two codes. The first code will ensure that you can access all the extra material of the Collectors Edition. The second code will ensure you can access all patches and updates from Stardock. In the first European edition, only the Collectors Edition codes were included and therefore we have arranged a different way for you to obtain your second code for all patches and updates.

If you are in Europe, have the English retail box from Paradox and only have a serial number beginning with "GC2-", then please follow the instructions below:

1. Enter the "GC2-" serial number and your email address in the fields below. We will issue you an additional serial number that can be used on these webpages or with Stardock Central to obtain updates to the game (including new BonusPack content).
2. Be sure to enter a valid email address as your new serial number will be emailed to you. Once you have entered the serial key that came in your box into our system, only the email address that was entered with it will be able to retrieve the correct serial. So be sure you enter your email address correctly.


Ho fatto come c'era scritto là ed ho risolto il problema. Spero sia utile per altri che hanno ordinato Galactic Civilizations da Play.com
