come da oggetto...
installo samba sul mio portatile (Kubuntu 5.10), seguo tutti i bei tutorial del caso, ma non funziona una cippa. Quando da konqueror vado in smb:// dopo qualche secondo mi dice che non trova nessun workgroup x problemi di firewall. Dal portatile pingo riesco a pingare il pc fisso (con win xp), idem il viceversa.
ho provato a chiudere firestarter (portatile) e il firewall che ho sul pc fisso, ma nisba... ah, dimenticavo, ho riavviato samba quando modificato smb.conf ;)
nemmeno dal pc fisso con win xp riesco a vedere il portatile in risorse di rete

ho provato anche con webmin, con la guida di web-wolf, ma nisba. il mio portatile ed il pc fisso son collegati con un router ed hanno ip assegnato da dhcp
