Problemi invio posta con outlook express

Quando invio la posta, tramite alice, con OE con due miei amici mi dice questo:

These recipients of your message have been processed by the mail server:
[email protected]; Failed; 5.1.3 (bad destination mailbox address syntax)

Remote MTA mailin.albacom.net: SMTP diagnostic: 553 sorry,
that domain isn't allowed to be relayed thru this MTA (#5.7.1)

perchè?

guarda , con alice è un casino , accertati che il pop3 e l'smtp sia esatto , e che la user e passw. sia esattamente quella. con un mio amico siamo impazziti prima di riuscire a capirci. comunque le prove puoi farle anche su te stesso , ti invii una mail e vedi se la ricevi (sopratutto se esce).

le mia mail arrivano a tutti tranne che a due persone, allora ho ritenuto che fosse colpa loro ed invece se a quelle persone gli mando una mail da un'altro computer gli arriva allora la colpa sta da me.

Mi sono messo a smanettare cambiando da MAIL.TIN.IT in OUT.ALICE.IT e adesso sembra funzionare.
