riuscite a tradurre questa roba? :D
non è particolarmente difficile ma ho paura di sbagliare e pochè son definizioni..
An Ontology defines the basic terms and relations comprising the vocabulary
of a topic area, as well as the rules for combining terms and relations to
define extensions to the vocabulary.
An Ontology provides the means for describing explicitly the conceptualisation
behind the knowledge represented in a knowledge base.
An Ontology is a logical theory accounting for the intended meaning of a formal vocabulary, i.e., its ontological commitment to a particular conceptualisation of the world. The intended models of a logical language using such vocabulary are constrained by its ontological commitment. An ontology indirectly reflects this commitment (and the underlying conceptualisation) by approximating these intended models.
