Esiste un programma che ti sa dire quali sono i programmi che utilizzano le porte aperte nel PC?.

E' "stand alone" non serve installarlo, è sufficiente cliccare sull'exe

Oppure usa Windows Worms Doors Cleaner che oltre a dirti quelle aperte ti fà chiudere quelle potenzialmente pericolose.
