DDR 1 GB PC3200 devo scegliere tra queste marche...

Ragazzi devo prendere un blocco da 1GB di memoria DDR PC 3200 a 400 MHz per il mio nuovo sistemino (Asrock k8nf4 e sempron 3100).Purtroppo devo scegliere tra queste marche (perchè il negoziante mi ha detto che altre non le può procurare):

Contate che 1Gb me lo fa pagare 90 euro...Quale marca è migliore e vale quei 90 eurini?Grazie :)
