AIUTOOOOO!!! Problema SERIo...

Salv a tutti,
ho bisogno di una mano...
Allora il mio pc quando vado a masterizzare o quando, per esempio, sposto un file da un HDD all'altro, va in crash...mi si resetta e riparte come se non fossa successo nulla(di solito, prima che si resetti, compare una schermata blu con tatnte cose scritte e non si ha il tempo di leggere)...Ho provveduto a formattare l'HDD ed ora mi ritrovo con un pc vergine senza niente installato ma sempre con lo stesso imperterrito problema...ho provato a masterizzare un dvd dati, ma niente da fare, non fa nemmeno il buffer che già mi si resetta...

NON SO + DOVE SBATTERE LA TESTA...Che devo fare??? Da notare che il pc a parte questo, va alla grande ed il suo mestiere lo fa anche bene...

Configurazione PC:
AMD Athlon 1.20 GHz
Ram 320MB
HDD 80GB

In realtà avrei anche un altro HDD da 40GB, ma poichè pieno volevo masterizzare il contenuto per svuotarlo...ma ciò non mi è stato possibile!!! :cry:

System is Windows XP, I would suggest to Disable the "Automatically restart" option located in the "Startup and Recovery" section.

This option should stop the rebbot process, but you should be able to read the BSOD Stop code information, and may be it will point you to the origin of the problem.

Fatto...Ma il problema persiste in una diversa forma...Ho provato a masterizzare un dvd dati, e arrivato a circa il 20% mi compare una schermata blu: Il sistema è stato riavviato n seguito ad un grave errore per non provocare danni al sistema...e cose simili...Ennesimo dvd da buttare!!! :cry: :cry: :help: :help: Cosa faccio ora???

Without the exact error code, I cannot help you.

Based on your information, I would suspect either the DVD recording software, a device driver, or even the RAM.

You should read the Event log file also.

Oltretutto, se sembra che il problema sia più continuo durante l'utilizzo di periferiche di memorizzazione, potresti provare ad aggiornare i driver del chipset IDE, a sostituire i cavi IDE (quelli UltraDMA66/100/133 hanno i cavetti più sottili e potrebbero avere problemi) o a far partire il sistema con i lettori/masterizzatori CD/DVD scollegati.

Anche se in genere i sintomi dei problemi che ti ho descritto non arrivano quasi mai al blue screen...
