Ho comprato un disco Hitachi stat 2 NCQ, ho abuilitato da dos con il suo disco il sata 2, e mi chiede se voglio abilitare lo spread spectrum..che è?
Come faccio a vedere se stat2 ed ncq sono attivate e funzionanti?

Lo spread spectrum (SSC) è un settaggio che riguarda l'emissione elettromagnetica del disco. Lascia tutto com'è.

Per vedere se sata2 e NCQ sono attivi, forse anche solo HDTune, nella scheda Info te lo dice, altrimenti programmi come Sandra e Everest ti dicono tutto.
