Ciao,vorrei sapere se è possibile istallare linux su un portatile e se si vorrei sapere che tipo di portatile mi consigliereste a questo scopo...grazie :)

Si è possibile, alcuni componenti tipo il modem potrebbero creare qualche problema di configurazione o non funzionare ma in linea di massima non ci sono problemi. Su Linux on Laptops (http://www.linux-laptop.net/) trovi i i vari modelli su cui qualcuno ha installato linux e i probelemi riscontrati.

Bisognerebbe anche sapere che ci vuoi fare con Linux su questo portatile.
E anche se hai qualche preferenza di distribuzione.
