Core San Diego differisce dal precedente (Clawhammer)per: , e, 1MB cache L2, sistema produttivoa 90 nm,supporto migliorato per i moduli di memoria DDR400 ed include set di istruzioni multimediali SSE3.la frequenza di clock č rimasta invariata, 2,4 Ghz.
ottime prestazioni in ambito games e multidiale grazie alle istruzioni SSE3, ottimo per applicazioni office.
