RAM XTREEM SERIES

2x512 TeamGroup DDR400 2.2.2.5 BH-5/UTT Inside 2.6v and Over

http://www.teamgroup.com.tw/overclocking/ddr-400-mhz-dc-bh-5-series.html

"The Xtreem BH-5 is built using the Winbond BH-5 UTT IC Chip, a legendary special generation chip manufactured under 0.175 micron processing.
These memory modules achieve superb performances by exploiting its special characteristic of being able to withstand high voltage operation (over 3.0V on a 2.6V standard)
Due to its continuing high demand and popularity, Team Group is bringing this sought-after chip back to the market, especially for you overclockers and hardcore gamers out there with the need for speed."

2x512MB TeamGroup DDR600 2.5.4.4.8 TCCD Inside

http://www.teamgroup.com.tw/overclocking/overclocking-ddr-600mhz-dual-channel.html

"
These particular Xtreem modules are built around the Samsung TCCD IC - a new generation chip manufactured under 0.11 micron processing - which allows innovation from the current status quo among the world's top DRAM suppliers. This memory IC works at unbelievable frequency(more than 600MHZ, compared to a current standard of 400MHZ), low CAS latency(CL=2,400MHZ)and relatively low voltage(less than 2.8V under 600MHZ)."

2x1GB TeamGroup DDR400 2.3.2.5 2.8v Infineon Die Inside

http://www.teamgroup.com.tw/overclocking/overclocking-ddr-400mhz-dual-channel-bh-5-.html

"The ‘Xtreem Revo-X', in particular, is a professional memory module designed specifically for Ultra High FSB Speed [above 400 MHz] and therefore ideal for overclocking, benchmarking, tweaking and serious gaming.

The Revo-X is based on the Infineon BE-5 IC chip, a new generation chip produced under 0.11 micron processing.

This memory achieves superb performance through its three extreme functions such as aggressive frequency, low CAS latency(CL 2-3-3-5)and low voltage consumption [it can easily achieve 450 MHz using under 2.7V."

2x1GB TeamGroup DDR500 3.3.3.8 Micron Die Inside

http://www.teamgroup.com.tw/overclocking/ddr-500-mhz-dc.html

"The modules are based on the Micron 5B memory IC, a new generation chip produced under o.11 micron processing. This memory IC achieves very high frequencies (more than 500MHZ, against a standard of 400MHZ), at a low voltage(less than 2.7V under 500MHZ)."

2x1GB TeamGroup DDR500 3.4.4.8 Samsung UCCC Die New Rev.

http://www.teamgroup.com.tw/overclocking/overclocking-ddr-500mhz-dual-channel.html

"The modules are based on the Samsung UCCC memory IC, a new generation chip produced under o.11 micron processing. This memory IC achieves very high frequencies (more than 500MHZ, against a standard of 400MHZ), at a low voltage(less than 2.7V under 500MHZ)."

Ti era già stato chiuso un thread identico

http://www.hwupgrade.it/forum/showthread.php?t=1105003&page=3&pp=20
